POLICY
A.M. Davis Athletic Association (AMDAA) is a Non-Profit 501 (C)(3) organization.
Everyone involved in AMDAA, bringing sports to your children, is a volunteer. In
order to operate, AMDAA receives funding from sport’s fees, Fundraising, and
Donations.
AMDAA is proud to present the Workplace Donation Policy. The purpose of the
Workplace Donation Policy is to provide an opportunity for the general
membership to help control the fees for sports registration and, at the same time,
help the association maintain and replace equipment. This policy will provide
each member the opportunity to receive a discounted fee when registering their
child for any AMDAA sport. This discounted fee will be based on the employer
contribution. If the donation is made after the fees have been paid, the member
will receive a refund based on the contribution.
